    How did a full American buttercream keep shape unless you stuck it in the walk in/fridge to harden fhe icing? Or it was a grease/sugar base like they use in stores..

Seriously in the first post I thought you were trolling when you said it was cake and not pancakes. how the actual heck is this your first time making realistic cake?!? Also as someone who doesn’t really bake (found you on r/all), I had no clue my favorite flavor of cookie could also be a cake and now I’m mad at my own ignorance, all these years I could’ve been enjoying snickerdoodle cake!
