Is this a normal?


Planning to put this on my Pit Boss in the morning, got it from Wild Fork. It seems different than other baby backs I've done before because I don't see a membrane and there is more fat than I'm used to. Will it render?

    Looke fine to me. membrane has generously been removed by your butcher.

    Looks a bit fatty but nothing wrong with that.
