Everybody is familiar with the Caprese salad, the perfect combination of tomato and mozzarella, or mozzarella and roasted peppers. This recipe, made with celery instead, is a fresh and tasty alternative, especially in the months when tomatoes are not at their best. Yes, celery is a vegetable that is less thought of. But this quick and easy recipe serves as a motivation to include it more in our diet. Putting these three ingredients together in your homemade dressing made my mouth water! Thank You Lidia – as always – for your creative recipes!!!β€

Celery leaves are so underrated. Just rinse well b/c sometimes the leaves are wrapped around each other tight at the base. Great flavor, slightly bitter. Please don't throw them away.
Love your style of cooking πΈ From Sharon South Africa πΏπ¦
