Tough to tell exactly where you went wrong without a recipe and the steps you followed exactly

These past two weekends I’ve taken macarons as a challenge and mine looked just like yours when I was putting them in the oven before they were properly dried. So they would crack on top instead of creating the feet to let the steam escape.

did you dry it long enough? the cracks are tale tell signs of not drying long enough

They also look a bit hollow so maybe it’s underbaked

Just seems like oven temperature regulation things to me.
ETA: I recommend baking with a lighter color to start so you can check for hot spots and timing issues by looking at browning.
