This is my 3rd tomahawk. I've tried three different shops now, to see how they all compare. I think I got the centre perfect just a little bit of a wide grey band.
Chicken was great, I followed the tips from another user on here and cooked it indirect for +-45min flipping once. Next time I'll do some direct to crisp the skin better, as it felt a little chewy.
Overall pretty happy with my first time grilling chicken.
