    On a purely technical basis, since ‘sushi’ refers to the rice preperation, this is technically more sushi than sashimi is.

    Let’s really get into some big back activity and leave it as a hand roll, dip it into tempura, and fry it. Leave some mac sauce on the side for dipping.
