Indirect to 46c then a hard sear to finish. Served with cowboy butter. Delicious!

    Picture perfect! Reverse sear is this households preferred method of grilling steak.

  2. How long does it take you to heat up between indirect and direct? I want to try this but afraid it would take me too long to reach 450.

    Am I the only one lets theirs rip at 550-600 and drops the tomahawk flipping 2x’s each side 2-3 mins.
