My first slow cooking experience. Sirloin tip, celery, carrots, mushrooms, and Campbell’s style tavern pot roast mix!
It tastes pretty good with a little Worcestershire sauce!

I did a roast tonight too. 2.5 lbs, seasoned and seared, low on 5 hours it was already falling apart so I put it on warm a couple hours. 2 cans golden mushroom soup, a packet of beefy onion Lipton soup mix, fresh mushrooms and onions, over homemade mashed with green bean casserole. Cheers!!!!
