The softest and most delicious challah is a sourdough (naturally leavened) challah! This dairy-free bread is a real treat, and seriously, it’s gorgeous when served on the table. I especially like to use thick slices for French toast the morning after. You won’t regret it 🙂

Made this one and it turned out awesome! I veganized it by subbing out eggs with extra water and oil and a pinch of turmeric for colour and the results were still fantastic.
Speech is very quiet compared to a single instance of the bowl clanking.
One of the best breads, often sell out before most people get up to go to work.
I see ur using a spiral mixer I think you said u have a famag I have a sunmix 15kg can u Mabe make a video on how to /using a spiral mixer or just the speeds used for yeasted dough, sourdough, brioche etc, I keep experimenting with mine just cant seem to find that happy medium..I got ur book to it has helped me understand sourdough much better
