Subham Chettinad Indian Restaurant failed with health inspection red tag!!!

I went to try the buffet today and saw a red tag with health inspection being failed the establishment and the business is closed.

I think running Indian restaurant business for long hours will reflect this kind of results ? I hope they will do better after re-inspection.
