Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Cream the butter & sugar:
• In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter for 1 minute until smooth.
• Add brown sugar and mix until well combined.
• Next, add the granulated sugar and continue mixing until light and fluffy.
• Add wet ingredients:
• Beat in 1 egg and mix for 1 minute until fully incorporated.
• Stir in vanilla extract and mix well.
• Incorporate dry ingredients:
• Sprinkle in salt and baking soda, mixing thoroughly before adding flour.
• Gradually add flour, folding gently with a spoon until just combined (avoid overmixing).
• Add mix-ins:
• Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
• Shape & Bake:
• Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon or cookie scoop, spacing them 2 inches apart.
• Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown (adjust for oven differences).
• Cool & Enjoy:
• Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
