7hr on low beef shanks seared then rubbed with Meat Church Holy Voodoo, added one 805 beer for liquid. Arranged into pulled beef sandwich in a toasted brioche with pepper jack cheese !

    I do this with Bison shank and serve it shredded on a hoagie roll with Swiss or havarti. We dip the sandwich in the au jus from the crock pot like a French dip. It’s so good! Also, I absolutely love cooked marrow from the center of the bone 😋

    I love beef shanks. My stupid town has a butcher with less variety in meats then the grocery stores. Shanks not available anywhere now. I hate fuckin indiana
