   Mozzarella

   Rocket

   Honey

   Garlick

   Lemon juice

   Tomato

   Sugar

   Oregano

   Rocket pesto:

   Rocket 300 g

   Garlic 3-4 gloves

   Honey 1 Tbls

   Lemon juice 3 Tbls

   Mix all ingredients in a blender for about 5 mins

   Season with salt .

   Semi dried tomatoes:

   Cut tomatoes and place them on a baking sheet.

   Sprinkle with olive oil .
   Olive oil ,dried oregano,salt and sugar.
   Bake on 120c about 2 hours.

   Those little bread rolls luck tasty
