Easy 20inute panko shrimp. So crispy and delicious. Peel and de vain your jumbo shrimp. Pat them dry. Combine potato starch, allpurpose flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well. Coat shrimp into flour mixture, beaten eggs, and panko, ensuring it’s fully coated. On mediumigh heat, add oil. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown for 3 minutes, cooking over halfway. Transfer to a wire rack. Serve with lemon juice, Sriracha mayo.
