the ingredients are literally water, konjac flour, and citric acid…the description says is 97% water and 3% plant based so 😭

  2. How is it 2 g of fat but 0%? Seems like only the carbohydrates calories are counted.

I just had these today and my stomach is tore up omg. Don’t do ittttt

Konjac is basically just fiber. There is no fat. If you’ve never eaten them, only have a small amount the first few times. A larger amount can give you digestive distress.

The labeling inconsistency is definitely confusing, but either way the calories on these are pretty negligible since you don’t absorb calories from konjac it kinda goes straight through you 😅! You probably burn just as much just digesting these! Do be careful though since some people get an upset digestive system from these so start with a small amount if you decide to try it out <3.

Do not eat these unless you want to have a near death experience! Horrific on the digestive system. NOT worth it!

  7. I actually have this exact brand, website is incorrect it seems. [here is the nutrition data on the packet](https://imgur.com/a/IJRgkgj) this makes sense, 1ish net carb, likely rounded down from 1.25 or so which would make 5 calories.

That shit is magic. I love making shiritaki noodle soup!

  9. I have found that far too often, the nutritional facts Walmart gives for products online are inaccurate. I always look for a picture of the actual label or look up the product somewhere else. Don’t trust whatever labels Walmart puts in the info.
