    I recommend fresh Brussels sprouts instead of frozen ones. The texture and taste is a lot better

    perfectly cooked. some people will complain they want more crust, but there is plenty Maillard reaction here, and the more crust, the more grey, so I am happy to go without a little crust to minimize grey.
