


Hey everyone first time doing beef ribs. Recently picked back up the hobby. Decided to do some beef ribs today. Smoked at 225 with super smoke spritzed with beef broth every couple hours until 190. Temp increased to 250 pulled at 210 internal, rested for 1 hour. Let me know if there’s anything I can improve on.
