I used to do this at a job that had a flat top but no pizzas on the menu and we would bring in ingredients and have pizza days for the staff. Sure it’s not pizza oven delicious but it’s pretty damn close

  2. Why’d they speed up the part where he placed pepperonis one by one?

It actually came out way better than I expected lol, still just an unnecessary amount of extra work for no real benefit.

  4. Americans and excessive amounts of cheese. Classic.

  5. This didn’t trigger me like I was anticipating.

  6. outside of the terrible crust to toppings ratio, I can see some benefits to this. You’d get that crispy fried cheese that some people like and possibly not have the little peperoni cups full of grease. Although I like a saucier pizza, I would probably try this but still prefer a regular pizza.

oven broke, couldnt get replacement (was almost a full year)

almost everything that wasnt on stove top got cooked on grill

had a pizza stone for pizza/breads

    even did a basque cheesecake

Looks like a fine way to cook it without an oven.

As soon as I heard the music, I knew this was going to be a classic Italian experience
