Somebody has this listed at $300 and I got them down to $235 and want to make sure I'm not overpaying.

  1. What’s it worth to you. It seems like a good price to me. The base models can be had for a steeper discount off retail, but it seems the nicer ones are purchased and sold by people that “know what they have”

  2. It’s a decent price. Not amazing… you will probably be able to find it cheaper if you’re patient. But still a good discount vs a new one.

Terrible deal. Worst deal I’ve ever seen. Go buy a new one for over $500.

For a Performer with a propane starter that looks to be well taken care of, I’d take that deal all day.

  5. GovernmentLow4989

It’s a decent deal, especially if it comes with any accessories not pictured

To me that seems very high for a used unit. However, it does look like it’s in good shape. If I were in the market, I’d keep looking for a better deal. That being said, I’m in Southern California and the marketplace here sees a lot Webers.

Not a great deal. A good deal, absolutely.

I waited months and months and found one in nearly as good a shape for $100 on marketplace. Days later, another one on Craigslist for $100 as well. Just last weekend I saw one for $40 on marketplace, dude was moving – that listing was marked “sold” like 2 hours after being posted.

Keep your eye out for better deals if funds are tight. If they’re not, honestly $235 is FAR less than you’d pay for the exact same thing brand new!

    Either way have fun.

  8. Anything in the low $200 neighborhood is good for this style of performer I’d say. The price of them is creeping up hard. With some TLC this grill can last for a long time. It’s Webers third best charcoal grill offering after the kamado and 26”. I’d jump on it. I picked up mine in 2020 for $200, best outdoor cooking purchase I’ve made.

The only performers I see cheaper than that look like they were brought up from the titanic.

  10. Singledoubt88

I just bought a new one for $550. I guess I could have waited a year to find deal like you have but I got tired of waiting. I’d jump on it

It looks likes it’s clean and has been taken care of. If you’ve considered buying one new this is a great deal. If you’re willing to wait and are willing to do some work to rehab something you can find better

I see these pop-up for $100-150 now and then and they are gone fast. I got mine a month ago for $75 but the igniter didn’t work and it was missing the shelf and bucket, I didn’t care for that price, I absolutely love cooking on that thing. So it really depends on how patient you are, I’m not very patient and would probably just buy that one.

I have one in similar condition, purchased brand new in 2020… And if I absolutely had to, I wouldn’t sell it for less than $275-250. And I would still feel like I took a loss. Just for comparison.

Depends on when you want it. I’d offer $200. I and many others have been able to snag good condition performers for $100-$150.

  15. ScaryChickenGuy

A new one is $ 680 with tax, so yes, that’s a good deal. I just bought one for a friend. It was a house warming gift.

  16. Imaginary_Audience_5

I’m not saying you should, but I would.

  17. FictionzII

I do think is worth it , and that it a performer but for 60 more dollars you get a master touch now with a discount on lowes.

  18. Fit_Upstairs8760

With today’s inflation and market, I’d say so. I paid $225 for my first performer with thermoplastic table in 2015. My second, a performer deluxe with metal table I acquired for $250. Both had some minor issues that Weber provided replacement parts under warranty.

  19. That’s extremely expensive. Let me know the address right away, and I’ll talk to them for you! How dare they!? 🙂

Don’t wait another second and snag it!

  20. AnalogCringe

I might be a weirdo, but I like the ones with the plastic table better.

No! the bottom rack is bent…

Would also depend on where you’re located compared to retail
