Just marrow coming out of the bones. Those are undercooked I think though

100% edible and delicious to some. As a lot of other ppl said, it’s bone marrow that leaks out from the cooking. This is the same dark stuff you get in-between the rib and pelvic bones of a whole cooked chicken.
You might like it if you enjoy things like liver and the giblets and other internal organs of chicken that are high in iron.
Or if you have a pet, maybe you can have them eat that part out of your hands. There’s a reason predators in the wild will break open large bones to get to the marrow, because it’s tasty. Marrow is in the treats you give to your pets and one of the main reasons it’s actually a treat to them.
