Pic 3 is after the first hour on Smokeboost mode

Turned out great and were a huge hit! Maybe could have done 30 minutes less but they were tender while still having a good bite.

Recipe was s/p/g
1 hour on Smokeboost at 180
4 hours at 250
30 mins sauced (basted twice)
No wrap or anything special.
