– 3 tbsp olive oil (45 ml)
– 3 tbsp parmesan cheese (30 g)
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp of salt. Wash and dry 1 pound of Brussel sprouts (450 grams). Slice into halves. Add mix of 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. 3 tablespoons of olive oil (45 ml). 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (30 grams). Leave a little bit to sprinkle sprouts in the end. Mix well. Place the sprouts in the air fryer in one layer. *You may also bake the sprouts in the oven. Air fry 8 minutes
(200°C = 392°F). Then Mix and air fry 8 more minutes. Or bake in the oven 25 minutes (200°C = 392°F). Sprinkle bakes Brussels with the rest of the parmesan cheese. Perfect keto lunch or side dish!
