I am stuck at 283-280 for the last few weeks . I’m getting worried, I wonder if I should start changing my workout diet or decreasing my calorie intake . either way I’m very proud of myself. I started at 308.

    Congrats!!

    I started around 275 and my Dr wanted me to eat 1800/day. No less than 1500/day.

    Are you at 1500 now? If so, I’d recommend against going any lower. I had a few moments where my weight seemed to stall. Just keep doing what you’re doing! Congrats on the weight loss! 💪
