CYK Hospitalities has launched Via Bianca, an elegant regional Italian restaurant in the iconic N Block Market of Greater Kailash I, New Delhi. The launch marks another milestone for CYK in curating concept-driven culinary ventures rooted in authenticity and operational excellence.
Via Bianca is the brainchild of Chef Kamalika Anand, an alumna of Le Cordon Bleu, London, and ALMA, Italy. With rich experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Chef Kamalika sought to create a dining space that genuinely reflects the depth and diversity of Italian regional cuisine.

The restaurant’s interiors embody refined simplicity, blending rustic Italian warmth with modern sophistication. An open kitchen, pasta shaping station, and wood-fired oven contribute to the immersive experience, allowing diners to engage with the craft behind the cuisine.
Via Bianca’s menu features dishes such as Strata Bianca di Zucchini, Spaghetti all’Assassina, and Tigelle ’Nduja—each inspired by a different Italian region. The offering caters to both seasoned gourmands and diners new to Italian fare, with an emphasis on honest flavours and culinary storytelling.
