Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried ground chives
1/3 cup jarred roasted red peppers + a splash of the liquid
2 tablespoons tahini
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
3 tablespoons avocado oil
Instructions:
1. Add the chickpeas, cumin, salt, ground chives (or onion powder), roasted red peppers with a splash of liquid, tahini, and lemon juice to a food processor or high-speed blender.
2. Blend until mostly smooth.
3. Add the avocado oil and blend again until ultra creamy.
