I've been trying but so inconsistently that I've seen zero results. It's just so easy to forget or get lazy, but I have a trip in mid July I wanna see at least minor results for, so I made myself a calendar with color coded sticker system! Blue for too low, green for 1200 +/- 100 cals, yellow for maintenance and pink for over/cheat days (yes I've already had one lol). I use cronometer to track the numbers, I just take down the total at the end of the day and add the sticker. The notebook is a discbound with dot grid loose leaf, generic discs and cover off amazon, so I can keep adding pages as needed.

    Great idea!! Will print a big one for my home office area so I can see where I stand at the end of the day. Sometimes physical reminders are helpful in the long run.
