Today we’re making a delicious spinach and feta pie wrapped in flaky phyllo dough — a classic dish also known as spanakopita.
It’s crispy, cheesy, packed with herbs, and absolutely irresistible. This savory dish is easy to prepare and perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as a party snack!

🧾 Ingredients
• Phyllo dough – 400 g / 14 oz (1 standard pack)
• Spinach – 300 g / 10.5 oz
• Onion – 100 g / 3.5 oz (1 medium)
• Green onions – 100–200 g / 3.5–7 oz (about 4–7 stalks)
• Dill – 1 bunch
• Parsley – 1 bunch
• Feta cheese – 250–300 g / 9–10.5 oz
• Eggs – 2
• Olive oil or melted butter – 100 g / 3.5 oz (about 7 tbsp)
• Salt and black pepper – to taste

🔥 Bake for 50–60 minutes at 180°C (350°F)
