PHYLLO-WRAPPED FETA WITH OLIVE TAPENADE
INGREDIENTS
3 sheets phyllo dough per parcel
Olive Tapenade, from previous recipe video
Feta cheese block, sliced into thick rectangles
Melted unsalted butter for brushing
Egg wash (1 egg beaten with a splash of water)
Olive oil, for pan-frying
Sesame seeds
Roasted red peppers (optional)

Stealing this as an Hors D’oeuvre…. We already order the frozen phyllo cups. I can get set them up on half sheet trays in the walk in early in the day and bake them in batches as needed
