321 all at 250degrees. I might play with the temp next time. Lower and slower on the 3?? Maybe? Any advice?

  1. Haven’t done ribs on mine yet but I’m usually a 225 on ribs for 3-4 hours until 165 then butcher paper with brown sugar and butter until 200 internal. Comes out juicy and tender every time

    The best thing I ever did was do ribs unwrapped. If you have the time they turn out so much better

  3. 180 or smoke mode for the first 3 hours. 225 for the rest.
