The taste of my childhood!! I love this so much it’s hard to even put into words, it’s so humble yet rich in soul soothing emotions. 3 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cloves of Garlic, thinly sliced
Pinch of Hot Pepper flakes
1 tsp or 2 of Anchovy Paste
2 heads of Escarole, trimmed, chopped and well washed
1-14.5oz can of Cannellini Beans
Salt and plenty of Pepper to taste
