Lots of rain in Dublin, Ireland today but we still had to grill! 😍 Had a bit beef in the freezer a few weeks, brought on discount. Rubbed it with Yellow Mustard and then my homemade steak pepper seasoning mix and apple wood rub (from target). Smoked with cherry chips – didn’t bother wetting them.
Tomorrow Samies will be epic. I’m not going to lie I did almost lick the chopping board after cutting it.
I’ve decided I need another kitchen gadget- a slicer! Anyone with decent recs that won’t cost me a mortgage or my marriage?
