If you looked like this, what would be your gameplan ??
Basically a low body mass index. With high body fat in the mid section. It's annoying because everyone thinks I'm fit and skinny. But only I know the truth when I lift my shirt up. Q

I was also skinny fat with weight in my hips and stomach. I got tired of it and decided I would rather feel like weight everyone thought I looked liked and did p90x for 2 months and an easy diet (chicken salad twice a day with a a steak a couple nights a week or a can of tuna) and some yogurt and eggs for breakfast. I dropped pounds like crazy while also eating lots of candy

Weight training while eating roughly at maintenance and eating 0.7g of protein per pound of body weight daily. You will get a nice functional level of strength, and your body will look more toned.
To expand: if you are eating at maintenance and working out, your body will have to use some of the protein you eat to repair and build new muscle. That means some of your calories won’t be burned, and you will burn fat. So, losing small amounts of fat while gaining small amounts of muscle. Your body will recomposition.

The image is kind of relatable because all my weight is in my lower stomach and thighs at this point. My BMI is 26 and I’m about halfway to my goal
