2 lbs (900g) boneless chicken thighs
1 cup (240ml) dark soy sauce
1 cup (240ml) honey
5cm ginger, finely chopped
In a hot pan with some oil, sear the chicken on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove and chop into pieces and put it back in the pan.
Add the ginger, soy sauce and honey and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Optionally sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice.

Please do not cut chicken in a non-stick pan. It’ll make the toxic non-stick layer chip and mix with your food
