Couldn’t get the best angle or lighting for the pics yet Ignotz is outstanding.
This place has been around for decades. The owners and staff are a big delight. Extra bonus if you are at Jocelyn’s table or Sasha’s table.
I’ve enjoyed so many different entrees since I first went here more than 10 years ago.

Tried for the first time this week & one of my all time favorites.
Whitefish Vesuvio
Always a classic favorite and enjoyed by my dining companion.
They have one of the top tiramisu desserts in Illinois. Wow!
The dining room is beyond pretty with a lovely mural and family pictures on a mantel.
Nice cocktails and wine selection.

Steak Isabella
14 oz Prime New York Strip with sweet peppers, mushrooms & pepperoncini in white wine and garlic
Veal Saltimbocca
Sauteed veal with prosciutto and fresh herbs in a light white wine sauce
Grilled Calamari

their tavern pizza is delicious
