  1. Recipe: bulk prepped about 1kg of chicken thighs cut into slices with chili paste salt and pepper

    Stirfried 2 bags of frozen vegetables

    Stir fried 6 eggs

    Had day old white rice

    Then combined them all in a wok high heat using

    Light and dark soy sauce about a tbs
    A dab of fish sauce and oyster sauce

    Finished of with some sesame oil.
