The San Joaquin County Human Services Agency is hosting food distribution events throughout June for those who qualify for nutritional assistance.
Items include canned vegetables, fruit, meat and dry foods, such as rice or pasta.
The meal distribution service is part of the Food For You program and provides free food through the Emergency Food Assistance Program to eligible households in San Joaquin County.
When are the distributions?
The agency will hold food distributions on the first and last Wednesday, first and third Thursday, and third Tuesday and Friday of each month.
The distribution dates for this month are June 4, 5, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 25.

Two-person household: $4,141.88 monthly income
Three-person household: $5,218.96 monthly income
Four-person household: $6,296.04 monthly income
Residents can add $1,077.09 for each additional person in their household, according to the human services agency.
