INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — It’s the perfect time of year to enjoy items on the spring menu at Nesso Italian Kitchen on the patio.
Zach Szabo is the Executive Chef at Nesso.
He says their patio is a great space where guest can enjoy the beautiful weather while eating delicious food.
Szabo says Nesso is a chef driven Italian restaurant with a variety of different food options.
“Of course, we enjoy our fresh pastas, among other things,” Szabo said. “Since it’s patio season we have some spring dishes to showcase.”
Two of the spring menu items include their tomato tart and the scallop dish.
“This is a pea pesto with sundried tomatoes that are so flavorful,” Szabo said.
Szabo says Nesso uses high-quality ingredients, which makes their food even more delicious.
They use ingredients from local farms and the Cunningham Restaurant Group Grow Greenhouse.
“I really look at Indy as a progressive, up and coming, food destination,” Szabo said. “So having the modern chef driven techniques is really what makes Nesso stand out.”
Nesso is located in Indianapolis next to the Alexander Hotel.
“Nesso is a coastal Italian restaurant, and we focus on very traditional influences, but we also offer that modern twist,” Szabo said.
