This tzatziki dip is very traditional with the flavors. It’s fresh, it’s fast, and it’s authentic. It’s the perfect addition to your gyros or as a dip for cucumbers or pita! The ingredients you’ll need for this dip are:

15oz Greek yogurt
2 mini cucumbers, grated
2 garlic cloves, grated
Juice of one whole lemon
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dill

Come along and make some traditional tziki sauce. First, take some Greek yogurt. You can use any Greek yogurt you want. You can even use a dairy alternative like foragers cashew milk yogurt. Then, take small cucumbers, maybe two of them to give you about a half a cup. Two garlic cloves, grate them into your yogurt. You’re going to add the juice of a whole lemon. Then you’re going to add 2 tablebspoon of extra virgin olive oil, some salt, some crushed red pepper, some black pepper, and some dill. Going to give it a mix until it’s all nice and combined. You can serve it up with some cucumber chips or pita bread and enjoy.
