I had what I thought was a half pack of Vermont Curry roux loose in my cabinet. I was in a rush and didn’t look closely, once I stirred it in I was like…. This looks weird. Turns out it was S&B Hayashi Rice sauce mix. Thankfully I had a backup box of Vermont Curry and mixed half of it in. It actually turned out really good lol it doesn’t taste that much different from regular curry. Maybe a little bit lighter and more tomato flavor. But I’m glad dinner wasn’t ruined xP

As a Vermonter it always makes me smile to know there’s a thing called Vermont Curry and barely anyone in Vermont has ever heard of it let alone eaten it
