My fledgeling hobby company has only been around for 3 months at this point… and somehow, some way, we’re now in our local ACE Hardware! Anyone have any advice on how to keep this ball rolling? Potholes to avoid? Ideas on how to scale up from a one man, hand crafted operation without losing what makes us special?
I’m still a long ways off from going full time (we’re still net in the red), but the dream is so so tempting!

First off congratulations on getting into a major store!, I would just say keep doing what you’re doing and keeping true to your label and to your ingredients. I see three hot sauces of your list that I’m going to ACE to go by because they look interesting. Good luck to you my friend 🧁
I have no advice but I love the names and the artwork.
These sound and look delicious! I can see them being sold in big chain grocery stores!
Fuck yeah bro! The thing that comes to mind for me (sample size 1!) There isn’t a regular/ traditional hot sauce there. If there was something that caught my eye it would be that. Then I might just say guava hot sauce? I’ll try it (I’m guessing that would be great with cream cheese)
Oh and your labels are sick
Peaches Christ 🙏, these look super buyable. I’m on the opposite coast from you but I wish you so much success that I can buy them at my local ACE. Congrats on the current success!
Excellent names!
Is Lunamor a Stormlight Archives reference?
Congrats!
Congrats!
I’ll be honest the type of people that usually shop at ACE don’t care if a product is neurodivergent owned and might even be put off by the fact
Oh hey I just looked you up you’re local to me. What ace hardware locations are you in?
Honestly, All the hardware stores I sell to are by far the slowest selling. Demos, signage, flavor, non of that matters.
Keep up the grind, get out there and sell!
Neurodivergent owned is fucking hilarious! Are people serious with that shit? Are most companies now owned and operated by “inclusive and quirky individuals that aren’t stereotypical but different” shut the fuck up. Anyways the sauce flavors looks good tho.
