God I am getting sick of this channel. All they have is Guy this Guy that. I miss the old Food Network, back when Emeril was on. And when they had real cooking shows. Not reality tv that Food Network does now.
When cooking ground beef how do you keep it in tiny pieces?
I always end up with clumps of burger.
Guy, you know that donkey sauce + scallions isnt "scallion aioli." Aioli has no mayo in it, at all. Aioli is garlic paste and oil emulsified. I HATE mayo. I love aioli. Don't play with me, big man. That simple mistake is why I have to ask every restaurant "how is your aioli made." Lol
