Today, Kevin and I are going to be trying the new Helman’s chicken tender mayonnaise style dips. We have the buttermilk ranch and a garlic parmesan and spicy ranch. These were $449 each at Meyer. Uh but they are available at other places. Meyer is just where we saw them first and so we got all three while we could get them. Uh, these are 11.5 oz containers. It does say to open, unscrew cap, and remove the safety seal. So, Oh goodness. Yeah, it’s really hard to twist the lid open. It’s got one of those. I do not little T-shaped thing. Yes. I personally do not. Um, you can kind of get the edge though like these. You’re supposed to be able to lift this part. I know. pull on it and it never works. Okay. So, and sometimes this Yeah, it’s four. Look. Oh, boy. That really helped. It didn’t work at all. Mine didn’t work either. I had to go over the edge of it that that those never work. The people of Helmans, you need to know that those don’t work on any product. Never sold you that. Not just your product. It’s any product. So, let’s just let’s just get rid of these. I hate these. the frustration begins. Um, once you get the bottle open, you forget about all that. Yeah. It’s like pregnancy. It’s like giving birth. You forget. You forget how much torture you went through to to get that helmets. I got it. I’m I’m getting it. I might tear a fingernail off while I’m doing it. No, I’m I’m seriously getting it. We just got to get it worked up on the edge. You can grab it, but you really have to really have to work at it sometime. Okay, so here we go. Now, this says now we can really start the video. It says try on chicken, which is what we’re going to do. We have chicken nuggets. Yeah. But it says chicken, fries, wraps, sandwiches. You’re not limited to just chicken. You can put these on all kinds of things. I have burger. Refrigerate after opening and store in the refrigerator door. They’re letting you know. Don’t just throw this stuff in the refrigerator and think you’re safe. You’re not. It needs to be in the door. Maybe the door does keep things as cold. I don’t think it does personally, but that’s just my feeling. Um, it says do not freeze. I do not think the door keeps things as cold. That’s probably why they put it in the door. But, uh, we we’ve had these cold. They are shelf stable. Do you buy them in the same aisle that you buy all your other condiments? Yes. But we wanted to try them cold because that’s how they’re going to be every other time we eat them. And so we want to see how they’re like cold. Okay. So it says no artificial flavors. Made with real buttermilk. No saturated fat per serving. Cholesterol free. Good source of omega3s, whatever those are. uh 23 servings. One tablespoon, 15 g is 40 calories. Okay. And this is the buttermilk ranch. I love how these little squirt things, these squirt bottles, how they come out so easy. Okay, go ahead and get you a scoop. This is distributed by Unoliever. Unilver has their hands in a lot. A product of Canada. So, thank you to the Canadians. It’s got a really good ranch flavor. It’s like you’re dipping in in a thick ranch dressing. Mhm. Mhm. Good. It is good. And it is like a thick r um ranch dressing. That’s what it tastes like. I mean, they got the seasonings though. Spot on. Yes. That’d be good on a sandwich, too. I thought that show. Mhm. And a wrap. They show a picture of a wrap on the side. If you made a wrap with a tortilla and spray squirt some of that on there with that, that’d be really nice, too, with some chicken. It’s not too strong of a flavor. So, like just now when we’re eating that chicken nugget, I really do taste the chicken nugget, too. Get the chicken, too. So, it’s just it’s a really nice uh condiment to add to the chicken nugget and and you’re still getting to enjoy it. Well, some things cover it up completely. It does. And and I do like that this is thick. So, like Kevin said, you could take your hamburger bun and squirt it out there and it’s going to stay just like mayonnaise or something like that. It’s not runny. Yeah. So, I like that one. Okay. Next, we have the garlic parmesan. Very excited about this one. Okay. Garlic parmesan. Pretty easy. This is 40 calories for one tablespoon. Yeah, you can tell how thick it is cuz it just just sticking it in there really coats it the chicken. Really get that garlic flavor, don’t you? That one for me is not quite as strong as the ranch, but you do get the garlic for sure. You do. Um, there’s nothing wrong with it. Um, I actually think that would be good on a salad. I could see that with a a big green leafy salad with croutons and some some cheese. Except it’s a little thick. Um, it is, but it has a nice flavor. It’s not my favorite like garlic parmesan dip because I think it’s um it’s not as strong as I would like it. It is strong, but it’s not as strong. Like I would like more flavor to come through. Yeah, I agree. Um, so I don’t think it’s bad at all. And I think a lot of people will be thrilled to death with it. Yeah. If you like a if you like a a garlic parmesan kind of flavor, but you want a little um a little less then then that’s good. Okay. So, this one is spicy spicy ranch. Okay. I’m thinking like buffalo wings. Um let’s see what if it says anything. It says cayenne red pepp aged cayenne red peppers and it’s same calories. It has a little bit of that buffalo sauce kind of flavor except it doesn’t have as much vinegar. You know what I’m thinking too as I’m eating each one of these fish. Um, you could do some with fish, I would think. I don’t know if I’ve ever had ranch and fish. Put it with anything you want. You can. Oh, yeah. For sure. Mhm. That’s got a really strong flavor, too, though. It’s a really It’s actually a really strong ranch flavor with a little bit of kick in it. You might disagree. I think that’d be awesome on a fish sandwich. Maybe. Yeah. It probably would. It kind of has a tartar sauce kind of flavor. McDonald’s puts cheese on the fileo fish. If you talk to any chefs, they’re going to say, “Don’t put cheese with fish.” But McDonald’s has been doing it forever. Fish sandwiches. Yeah, we we did our best. Yes. And it’s good. It’s really good. Um I think all three of these would be good with fish. Fish sandwich. Um I I truly do. Um I like this one um the most. It’s my favorite. I like that little kick of heat. That’s why because it has the most flavor. It has the most personality. And I love the personality. I love how it like, you know, gives you a little smack in the mouth. I I It It really makes a huge difference. And I want that. I want a little smack in my No, no. I want that hit of flavor, though. I really do. Yeah. These two are my favorite. Definitely the I like the hot just a little bit better because it does have that kick to it. But But I really do like just the ranch. Yeah. I would too. Um I would probably I’d probably skip the garlic. Yeah, I don’t mind the garlic at all. Um I really don’t mind it. It’s just not my favorite garlic parmesan that I’ve had. So um but I think all these are fun to try. I think they go they went perfect. We’re mentioning other things you could use them with. They went great with the chicken nuggets. Yeah. My problem with dips is I like to eat a lot of it. Well, yeah. So, I could probably eat half that bottle. Yes. Well, that’s why for us it’s better to put it on a sandwich than to use as a dip. Yeah. Uh because on a sandwich, you’re limited to that one bun or even two buns and you’re done. A dip. This doesn’t end. You can keep refilling and refilling and refilling and Yes. and scooping until the chicken is gone. Um, so, so yeah, I I get it. But it’s funny that you picked the spicy because it’s not like flaming’ hot. No, but it has got some kick to it. It does, but it’s not going to it’s not going to cause you a lot of pain. It’s not painful. No, it’s just a burn. A little t a little pleasant burn. Yeah. Yeah. So, I hope you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. N. [Music]

  1. I think these would be good on sandwiches, burgers and wraps but would be too thick for me to dip something in. I’d pick up way too much and that would add up fast

  2. Nothing sets me in a blind rage like being starving…having eveything I need to eat and having to struggle with a seal!!! ARGHHHH!!!!

  3. I just picked up all 3 of these. We love Hellman's mayo so I felt like they were can't misses for us. With all the new sauce releases lately I think I have enough to last me the rest of 2025 right now lol. Thanks for the review!

  4. Are they ranch dressing, or are they mayonnaise? 🤔 I know a lot of mayonnaise haters who would never dip chicken straight into mayonnaise, but I would try all three of these!

  5. I could see spreading the garlic parm on bread instead of butter for grilled cheese!!! I use mayo to adhere breadcrumbs to chicken or fish when making homemade nuggets, they crisp up beautifully in oven, these would be awesome for that!!! Or mixing a little into chicken or tuna salad…
