
Buffalo seitan bowl! The grain base is a mix of bulgur, quinoa, spring greens and cannellini beans, alongside sorrel, seitan with buffalo sauce, sauerkraut and some celery sticks. I made a “ranch” out of soya yoghurt for topping and dipping my celery in.
