Beef on Weber – rub with salt, thyme and coarse pepper. Monitored with Typhur sync dual. Turned out much better than expected.

Looks delicious! I just bought my first 22″ Weber and I’m stoked to use it!
It’s wild when I think about it- when I was in my 20’s, I couldn’t care less about BBQs… but now about to hit 40, just purchased my first home… now I want to take the time to cook on the grill and do it right (instead of just sling’in dogs and frozen patties on there). Maybe I’m just gettin’ old.
Hopefully mine will turn out as good looking as yours!

I use charcoal for everything. It’s the only way.
That’s not Thyme. It’s Rosemary.
