Here’s the Day 4 Recipe:

16oz cooked pasta
Crumbled feta (I did a whole block)
1 chopped red onion
1 cup green olives halved
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 chopped green pepper
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

For the dressing:

1 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp minced garlic (I used “jar”lic)
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp. Dill
1 tsp. Oregano
1 whole lemon juiced
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp. Juice from olive jar
3 tbsp. Mayo
