She’s 100% right. Not all hot sauce, but those pepper flakes are so damn good. Really going to miss Hoffs. A few of these were purchased thanks to this sub. All the Marie Sharps are fantastic.

Plenty of counter space for more
Just had some Hank’s Honey Habanero on my pizza. Love all the flatiron spices. Need to try the few I haven’t yet.

But now I make my own and that is better/worse. lol
Melinda’s and Marie sharp are all mids imo. The less vinegar the better for me.

Your wife sounds very thoughtful. She clearly wanted you to see there is plenty of room to buy more but she didn’t want you to feel stupid. So she tasked you to do inventory so you could come to the conclusion yourself.

I have a plastic box inside my fridge. The rule is “nothing outside the box” There is room for 9-10 bottles. Enough for me.
