The Fink’s new additions

Downtown Napa’s lively bar and eatery, The Fink, has added several new menu items just in time for the summer season. Back by popular demand after a splash at Napa Valley Cocktail Week, the Carajillo Mio — a minty mocha-inspired cocktail — has officially joined the lineup of house drinks. On the food front, the kitchen has rolled out several flavorful additions, including the Primavera Flatbread, a spring-inspired vegetarian option topped with burrata, asparagus, snap peas, and artichoke cream. Their new Beet Carpaccio is layered with red and golden beets, feta, pickled onions, and a basil emulsion. Mr. Salazar’s Reuben, The Fink’s elevated take on the deli classic, features house-cured pastrami, Swiss cheese, kraut, and Russian dressing on marble rye, toasted to perfection. 530 Main St., Napa, 707-266-5940, thefinknapa.com
