5 Ingredients High Protein Chocolate Cherry Shake
INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
1/3 cup (65 grams) frozen cherries
1 scoop (30 grams) protein powder, chocolate flavor
1 tbsp (5 grams) cocoa powder, unsweetend
1,5 tbsp (25 grams) peanut butter, all natural
1/2 + 1/3 cup (200 grams) or 1 cup (240 grams) milk of choice
