Biscuit Recipe
In a bowl add
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1 tsp baking soda
1 stick grated butter (cold) grated
1 cup milk (cold)
Mix with a fork, then knead until shaggy.
Fold dough 12 times, flattening in between each time.
Bake at 425° for 12-15 min

Gravy Recipe
Brown 1lb sausage
Add 1 cup of flour
Salt and Pepper
I add enough milk to cover the meat
Whisk on medium heat until the gravy thickens
