Hi everyone,
I have noticed my Jalapeño plants have started to grow flowers which is exciting however Ive read that some people say that they should be picked to encourage further growth and other people say let nature take its course. Oh and they are cracked eggshells in the bottom.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards.

Grind the eggshells up very finely and then rake them into the soil. I was told by another gardener that eggshells take an extremely long time to break down before they’re beneficial to the plants. I used a very, very small amount of finely ground eggshells in each of my pepper plants only because I looked at the leaves and they seemed like they were kind of thin and needed some calcium. Your pepper plant leaves look like they might not even need eggshells
